The recognition comes from the Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of New York Inc. (IIABNY) whose mission is to work, in the public’s best interest, to advance the performance and success of independent insurance agencies and brokerages in New York.
Six key factors determined Kemper’s winning score, including underwriter empowerment, easy technology/documentation and keeping promises with honesty and fairness. Other contributing feedback included responsiveness of field personnel, company treatment of agent relationships, and fairness of profit sharing/commissions.
